In a courageous act, a 56-year-old witness intervened and brought one of the attackers to the ground, but then had to take blows themselves. The 39-year-old suffered serious head and facial injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment, but was later released. The police have started the investigation and are now looking for the fleeting attackers. These were described as follows:
