At around 3:45 p.m., the driver of a Skoda was noticed by a civil patrol on Longericher Straße because the license plate of the vehicle belonged to an Audi registered in Remscheid. The unknown man, who was also wanted with an arrest warrant, was uncooperative and immediately accelerated to evade control. Attempt to escape ends rudely
