Max & Dave: The new stars of Cologne's creative scene!

The cathedral city of Cologne is flourishing, and two of its newly minted creative ambassadors are in the spotlight: Max and Dave, the new faces of the “Voice for Cologne” campaign. The two YouTubers, who have gained an impressive fan base with their formats on cooking, traveling and storytelling, have settled in Cologne after Aschaffenburg and Siegen. Here, in the vibrant Belgian Quarter, they feel creatively at home and rooted in their new home, which has become an indispensable part of their identity. Kölner.de reports that the two inspire millions of people with their authentic and warm approach.

Max and Dave are not the only ones who are emphasizing their connection to the city with the new Gaffel campaign. Well-known personalities from sports, entertainment and music also add their voices to celebrate Cologne and the popular Kölsch. Included are FC sports director Thomas Kessler, Radio Cologne sports reporter Guido Ostrowksi and entertainer Guido Cantz. Musicians like Björn Heuser and the bands Brings, Kasalla and Lugatti & 9ine are also part of this colorful mix. Sally Halbritter, product manager at Gaffel, sees the participants as an embodiment of creativity, passion and community.

Cologne's beer culture on the rise

But it's not just the creative scene that doesn't stand still: the popularity of Kölsch has increased significantly in recent years. Drinking beer in public places in particular is booming in the city. More and more Cologne residents are turning to the practical 0.33 liter Euro bottles from Gaffel Wiess, which are in keeping with the current trend. Gaffel.de has also expanded its offering and now also offers non-alcoholic Kölsch in a retro design, which underlines the brewery's versatility.

In recent years, the traditional brewery has not only distinguished itself by introducing new products, such as the 0.5 liter can and the barrel brew, but has also received the state prize for food seven times. This commitment is paying off because Gaffel Kölsch has now made a name for itself in the USA and is valued by experts there.

A real cohesion in Cologne

The “Voice for Cologne” campaign not only brings creative minds together, it also reflects the unmistakable Cologne spirit: cohesion and identification with the city. Max and Dave are no exception. Their success is a good example of how inspiring and welcoming the Cologne community can be. With their passion for creativity and their connection to the city, they are committed to a Cologne that is open to everyone.

The diverse voices and talents that come together in the campaign send a strong message: Cologne lives from its people, their culture and the Cologne attitude to life. In keeping with the Gaffel mission of bringing together participants with a deep connection to the city and the art of Cologne brewing, we can remain excited to see what the next few months will bring us. Maybe we'll soon see even more faces proudly raising their voices for Cologne!
