Kraftklub rocks Ehrenfeld: Youth choir ensures goosebumps at the performance!

What an evening in Cologne-Ehrenfeld! Thursday evening the Chemnitzer Band Kraftklub for sold out in front of the studios of the studios of Image and tone factory. Hundreds of fans enthusiastically followed the band's call on social media and set off to experience the spontaneous open-air concert. This special event took place as part of filming the ZDF show "Magazin Royale" by Jan Böhmermann.

Michael Kokott, head of the Jugendchors St. Stephan , was also part of the event. The choir performed together with Kraftklub and sang the brand new single "In every choir", which will be released on the upcoming album "Die in Karl-Marx-Stadt" on November 28th. A moment that none of the many spectators wanted to miss!

The concert was advertised vigorously: a countdown on a huge display announced the appearance and attracted the masses. Jan Böhmermann, who had entered the stage, not only inspired those present, but also caused a stir from Cologne to Chemnitz with his recently undertaken e-roller trip. This action fit perfectly to the relaxed atmosphere of the evening.

If you had no way of being there live, you can be happy! The episode of "Magazin Royale" with the appearance of the youth choir and Kraftklub will be broadcast on ZDF on June 6th, at 11 p.m. and is available in the ZDF media library from 8 p.m.

But that wasn't all! In addition to the performance of Kraftklub, there are exciting events for the youth choir. On June 19, an impressive summer concert will take place in the Cologne Philharmonic, followed by a performance at the municipal festival at the Kriel Cathedral on July 6th. Anyone who is a fan of musical diversity has the opportunity to take part in the rehearsals of the youth choir that take place in Cologne-Lindenthal on Wednesdays. Entry is free and the repertoire offers a wide range of pop to gospel to Cologne songs.

Children's choir Lucky Kids, also under the direction of Michael Kokott, will appear as a musical guest at the summer concert on June 19. In addition, the Lucky Kids recently published their new single "Rainbow Colors" on platforms such as Spotify, Amazon Music and Apple Music.
