Rondorf, Deutschland - With fresh vigor and many new faces, the U 21 of the 1st FC Köln has started the preparation for the coming season of the football regional league West. Trainer Evangelos Sbonias headed on Monday, an extremely important step for the retread Team.

To further consolidate the team, a training camp for team building is planned in Hennef from June 30th to July 4th.

Although some players are missing due to injury or on vacation, Sbonia's is satisfied with his team's fitness state. For the newcomer Patrik Kristal , who has moved from Paide Linnameeskard from Estonia to Cologne, everyone is pleased that he can already show 36 missions in the Estonian league and three A-internationals. However, the trainer calls for more stability and consistency in the attack game to survive in the difficult regional league West.
