A reason to be happy for the Donner cycling team: Dirk Trautmann has caused a stir with impressive performances in the current season. At the top of the podium is the athlete who achieved a total of 14 victories in Telgte in the Seniors 4 and in Oldenburg in the Seniors 3 and 4. This has significantly increased the team's reputation, because these successes mean that the team travels to the German Championships in Görlitz as the leader in the rankings WZ reported.

Team boss Michael Donner himself supported his team during the races. In Oldenburg he took third place, showing that he is still fit. Dirk Trautmann was also able to achieve 3rd and 4th place in Cologne-Longerich and another third place in nearby Dormagen. His teammate Rainer Beckers, who fought his way back from a broken femur, also took part in several races and has now celebrated successes, including a victory in Longerich in the Senior 3 and another in Paderborn.

Further successes and placements

The team was also able to present itself strongly in Hamminkeln. Lars Jensen impressed with a victory after a lonely escape, supported by his teammates. Beckers came third, while Christoph Dietrich and Thomas Heil also made a name for themselves with fifth and seventh places. In the senior races Beckers impressively showed his skills and prevailed in various sprints, supported by his teammates, including Dirk Trautmann and Enrico Viohl.

The athletes impressed with their performances in both Longerich and Hamminkeln, so the Donner cycling team is in strong form. Newcomer Krzystof Kuljawinski was also a valuable part of the success and landed in the top positions several times, including a third place at the event in Cologne-Longerich.
