Cologne celebrates: wine festival, district festivals and art in October!

An exciting weekend is just around the corner in Cologne! From October 10th to 12th, 2025, people will celebrate, feast and enjoy in the Rhine metropolis at a variety of events and festivals. The city shows itself at its best and there is something to discover for every taste.

A highlight is the **Wine Market on the Neumarkt**, which is taking place for the second time this year. Until October 19th, wine lovers can immerse themselves in the world of wine in this charming place. Admission is free and opening times are Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Here you can not only enjoy a wonderful selection of wines from various German wine regions, but also try the delicious tarte flambée and grilled specialties, which provide the necessary refreshment.
