The police quickly started the investigation and is looking for witnesses to the incident that triggered great concern in the neighborhood. The robbers wore storm hoods and dark clothing, which made their identification more difficult.

The incident is part of a worrying series of raids in the region. This was the only a few days ago, on Saturday evening, a further robbery at the S-Bahn station in Langenfeld. Two 15-year-olds were threatened by a group of young people and facilitated for their shopping bag. A perpetrator threatened with a supposed knife. But luck was on the side of the young people: one of them directly informed his father, who was waiting at the parking lot. This immediately alerted the police, who were able to arrest the fleeting suspects-a 16-year-old and a 19-year-old-shortly after the crime.
