Autumn festival in NRW: colorful lights and culinary highlights!
A colorful and bright weekend awaits the people of North Rhine-Westphalia, as numerous events are on the program from October 10th to 12th, 2025. These events not only bring joy, but also culinary delights and exciting adventures for young and old.
The highlight of the events is without a doubt this Autumn lights in Maximilianpark Hamm. From October 10th to November 2nd, 2025, visitors can enjoy the impressive light displays and the water wall at Maxi Lake every day from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Entry costs 8 euros for adults and 4 euros for children and young people. A real feast for the eyes that will especially delight the younger ones!
Culinary delights and markets
Feasting is also the order of the day this weekend! The Street Food Festival in the Duisburg Landscape Park tempts with a variety of international delicacies and promises a feast for the senses. At the same time, the Gartenlust autumn market will take place in Westfalenpark in Dortmund on October 12th, where the focus will be on regional products and autumnal specialties. Here visitors can expect a musical program and culinary delights for an entry fee of 8 euros.
