TSV 1860 Munich: Young talent with talent for a professional career!

TSV 1860 Munich has been showing for some time now that high goals don't come by chance. Coach Patrick Glöckner is specifically rebuilding the team with fresh talent, as the need to fulfill the DFB's U23 quota represents a clear challenge. There are currently four promising players about to be promoted to the professional squad - an exciting development for the coming season. Mercury reports, that among these talents is 19-year-old Sean Dulic, who recently extended his contract until 2028.

A look at the departures shows that the club had to part ways with some players. Lukas Reich (18) is moving to Greuther Fürth, Raphael Ott (19) has found a new home at Viktoria Köln, and Tim Kloss (20) and Moritz Bangerter (20) are now without a club or are moving to Burghausen. With these departures, TSV 1860 has to reposition itself.

The next generation

The talents of the new arrivals are particularly exciting. Samuel Althaus (19), a German-Swiss man, is 1.96 m tall and has the ability for both offensive and defensive tasks. Emre Erdogan (18) is also a valuable player: As a Turkish U18 national player, he has a lot of potential as a left winger. Finn Fuchs (19), a talented left-back, could also follow in the footsteps of his predecessors, while Mike Gevorgyan (19), a central midfielder, is still waiting for a contract extension.

But it's not just the first team that benefits from the club's forward-looking thinking: the U19s have made remarkable progress recently. They won 3-1 in the A-Junior Bundesliga against VfB Stuttgart and thus took revenge for the defeat in the DFB Junior Club Cup. As the official website of TSV 1860 announces, the team put in a strong performance in front of 200 spectators after falling behind in the 5th minute.

An impressive record

The U19s have achieved an impressive record of 54:3 goals in the Bayernliga South and are aiming for promotion to the U19 Bundesliga. Coach Jonah Schittenhelm makes no secret of the fact that this will not be an easy task. The championship round will begin in spring and only the first team will make it into the Bundesliga. The challenges ahead promise an exciting spring. A look at the opponents shows that SSV Jahn Regensburg is considered the strongest challenger. Sechzger reports that the group in the championship round consists, among others, of FV Illertissen and FC Memmingen.

With a clear focus on optimization and the individual strengths of each talent, the development at TSV 1860 Munich is entering an exciting phase. The club is ready to set the course for a successful future. And one thing is certain: there is something going on!
