Captain Niklas Wellen was full of praise for the team and described the performance as “unbelievable”.
In the women's category, the players from Harvestehuder THC fought against Düsseldorfer HC and won the title with a 2-1 win. The goals were scored by Emilia Landshut (22nd minute) and Laura Saenger (35th minute), while Düsseldorfer HC was only successful once. This championship is particularly significant for the women of the HTHC as it is their first field title since 1973 and the club's 15th title overall. In addition, HTHC secures participation in the Euro Hockey League (EHL).
