The 2025 ranking is led by a real gem: the Caprima adventure pool in Dingolfing, Bavaria, which leaves the competition behind with an impressive score of 8.557. In second place is the fresch in Freising, also in Bavaria, with an equally strong score of 8.523. Third place goes to the Heddesheim swimming lake with outdoor pool in Baden-Württemberg, which shines with a score of 8.506. The south of Germany is clearly ahead here, as 12 of the 25 best outdoor pools are in Bavaria alone. But the other federal states don’t have to hide either!
